The airfares quoted on internal flights are in economy class, current, and subject to change without prior notice should the airline impose an increase in rates for any reason. The airfare quoted is based on the lowest class fare available at the time of quoting and is subject to seat availability on that class. Should the class not be available at the time of booking, the next applicable fare will be booked and amended costs advised accordingly. Please note that fares may increase between the time of booking, time of payment, and the ticket being issued.
Safari Dot Africa cannot be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables resulting in missed connections, etc. Should an amendment in a routing or itinerary be necessary, we will re-quote to you accordingly.
When Safari Dot Africa has accepted your booking, the date of the confirmation invoice activates the terms and conditions of the contract. Confirmation of services is subject to payment of a deposit of 25% of the total invoiced amount. The balance is to be paid no later than 61 days prior to the commencement of the services. When bookings are made within 61 days prior to the departure date, full payment is required immediately on written confirmation. If payments are not received within the above time frame, Safari Dot Africa reserves the right to cancel the tour which has been booked and retain any deposit received to set against expenses incurred in the booking of such a tour.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should prices or costs from suppliers increase due to inflation, currency depreciation, and fuel surcharges, Safari Dot Africa Ltd will not have any other option than to pass on the same to you. All suppliers reserve the right to increase prices at any time of the year when costs increase outside the control of the supplier.
Rates include but are not limited to the following services specified in the itinerary: accommodation with meals, tours, transport, driver/guide, park entrance fees, hotel taxes, and service charges.
We recommend that all clients take comprehensive insurance coverage for personal effects, personal accidents, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation, and curtailment.

All airline tickets must clearly show the passenger’s title, name, and initial (international regulation), which is applicable to both domestic and international flights. Please provide full details of names when booking. Excess luggage will incur extra costs, possibly involving an additional aircraft, which should be settled by the clients directly with the airline.
